Push notifications
The Android apps use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications about new listings, auctions, status changes, sold properties, and other updates. Firebase may process a device registration token and related technical identifiers needed to deliver notifications. You can disable app notifications at any time in your Android device settings.
Website and app activity
The mobile apps display our websites inside the app. As a result, website technologies and third-party services used on the websites may process technical information such as device/browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and interaction data as necessary to operate and secure the Services.
Live chat
If you use the live chat feature, information you submit through chat may be processed by Tawk.to so that we can communicate with you. This can include the messages you send and information you voluntarily provide in the chat.
Email updates
If you sign up for email announcements, your email address and related subscription information may be processed by our email service provider, Brevo, for the purpose of sending the updates you requested. You may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
How we use information

You can disable push notifications in Android settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email, and choose not to submit optional information through forms or live chat. You may contact us to ask about personal information you previously provided to us.

The Services are intended for a general adult audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services.
